Our History
Founded in 2011, E-Plan was born as a network of specialists in economics, planning and project evaluation, with the objective of professionalizing the management of public investment in Mexico.
With more than a decade of experience, we have accompanied projects in water, energy, transportation and territorial development, in addition to evaluations in public policy and economic competition.
Our multidisciplinary team brings together academics with PhDs from prestigious institutions, data science specialists and former officials with experience in national and international organizations.
